These make a great snack all by themselves, but you can use butter, peanut butter, cheese, or a cheese spread on these. You can dunk them in soup, too, if you like.
One of the reasons I use these is because I have a barley allergy, and most crackers have barley flour in them. Most crackers have unbleached white flour, salt and some fat in them. This little gem has only whole wheat flour and water. They taste great too!
My son was the first to "adopt" these as a
snack item. My husband...does not care for them.
